Ustads Web Platform Subscription and Refund Terms
1. Subscription Terms:
a. Subscription Process: The services offered on the Ustads platform are digital. When a subscription is started or a learning material is purchased, the relevant service or material becomes instantly accessible in the user's Ustads account. There is no sale of a physical product.
b. Subscription Time: After the payment transaction is approved, the subscription or purchased material is activated instantly in the user's account. The user can access the relevant content immediately by logging into the platform.
2. Refund Terms:
a. Right to Refund: The user may request a refund within 14 days from the subscription start date or the date of material purchase. This period is the legal withdrawal period.
b. Refund Process: The refund request can be made from the user's account settings on the Ustads platform or by contacting our support team. The user making the refund request is expected to briefly state the reason for the refund.
c. Refund Amount: The amount to be refunded is the remaining amount after any deductions arising from legal obligations, if any, have been subtracted (for example, taxes). If the service has been partially used during the subscription period, the refund amount may be calculated proportionally to the time used. For example, if a refund is requested after 7 days of use of a 1-month subscription, the cost of 7 days of usage is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded.
d. Subscription Cancellation and Subsequent Periods: Instead of requesting a refund, the user may cancel the renewal of the next subscription period at any time. In this case, access to the service ends when the current subscription period expires and no new payment is charged.
e. Refund Method: The refund is processed using the original payment method used for the payment. If a different refund method is requested, the user's request will be evaluated and, if possible, the refund will be made using that method.
3. General Terms:
a. Refund requests are processed after being evaluated for compliance with Ustads policies and legal regulations. Improper refund requests may be rejected.
b. Ustads aims to complete refund transactions as quickly as possible. However, due to processing times of banks and payment systems, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in the account.
c. The information provided by the user during the refund request (name, surname, email, order number, etc.) must be accurate and complete. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, the refund process may be delayed or may not be completed.
d. Ustads reserves the right to reject refund requests in suspicious situations in order to prevent misuse of the platform.
